Comfortable and nice little hotel

Marvellous location next to tollwood Christmas market and Oktoberfest. Close to train station, bars, restaurants, and public transport. - Only 5 minutes to Old Botanical Gardens. - Close to everything in Munich

New Hotel, designer furniture, quality sanitary ware. Pleasant room. Comfortable mattress.

No Russian channels.

This place is conveniently located near the city center and is spotlessly clean, making it a peaceful stay.

Polite staff. Breakfast is delicious. Close to the bus station and waiting for the station and sights.

Dirty towels.

Perfect position. It's nicely cleaned. Clean good bed linen, comfortable bed. Anyway, I can't be bothered with anything. If it's in Munich, it's this way!

No criticism.

The room was a decent size with a great bed, drinks, for instance, I slept really well. Absolutely perfect very central location next to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops, the center, and the Tollwood Christmas market.

Breakfast is excellent, clean, great staff.

Very clean rooms. Nice location, central station within 7 minutes on foot. Very polite staff (but no one speaks Russian). The room is small, but we had enough room. The bed linen and towels were changed almost every day. There were shampoos, shower gels and some kind of cream (didn't use anything). Comfortable and close to the center. Very tasty breakfasts for every taste.

The windows went outside and were quite noisy, but with the window closed it was a bit stuffy.

Loved the hotel, it is fantastic and exceptionally clean, has the best and quiet location in Vi Vadi restaurant. Location: the property was near to tram line and nice eating and drinking places very close by and restaurants in the local area...

The staff is friendly here, and you can conveniently park your car on-site.

The staff here are friendly, accommodating and have a good sense of humor, and there's a good selection of breakfast options that are worth the value.

The room at Bayer 89 VI Vadi Hotel was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated being able to open the window for fresh air. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel.
